Jerome Higgins has 20 years of experience in physiotherapy in a variety of rehabilitation and sports settings. He has had experience working with elite and not-so-elite athletes across Australia, having worked with high level football and volleyball teams. Jerome has a strong interest in sports-related biomechanics and knee osteoarthritis, foot/knee biomechanics, foot orthotics, dry needling for acute and chronic pain syndromes and runs GLA:D for hip/knee OA classes.
He also uses manual therapy techniques for back and neck pain such as mobilisation, massage and strengthening & exercise programs.
Jen Vardy graduated from The University of Melbourne in 1996 and has experience in both private practice and rehabilitation.
Her interests are in the management of hip, groin and pelvic injuries, Women’s Health and Clinical Pilates. Jen helps both Pre and Post natal Women with their health, wellness and fitness & assists with the management of DRAM (abdominal muscle separation), pelvic and lower back pain, pelvic floor weakness, incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse including pessary fittings. She is also an experienced musculoskeletal and rehab physiotherapist for general physio clients and sports injuries.
